New Private Christian Pre-K Offers Faith-Based, Academically Rigorous Education

Life School Education Foundation is proud to announce the opening of Life Christian Academy (LCA), its inaugural PreK-4 program for the 2026–2027 school year, with campuses located in Cedar Hill and Lancaster. Designed for families who refuse to choose between exceptional academics and deeply rooted Christian values, LCA offers a Christ-centered learning environment where every child is known, challenged, and prepared for a lifetime of purpose.

Enrollment is now open for children who will be 4 years old by the start of the 2026–2027 school year. Seats are limited.

Life School has received an “A” rating for “Superior Achievement” under Texas’ 2024-2025 Charter FIRST financial accountability rating system. The “Superior Achievement” rating is the state’s highest, demonstrating the quality of Life School’s financial management and reporting system.

The primary goal of Charter FIRST is to achieve high-quality performance in the management of financial resources, a goal that is made more significant by the complexity of accounting under Texas’s school finance system.

Life School’s proprietary leadership development program, LifeLeader, teaches staff and students 15 attributes that represent skills and knowledge necessary to be an effective leader. One of these attributes, Financial Literacy, helps students have the ability to understand how to make, manage, invest and spend money. Life School not only teaches this skill, but practices it in its own financial management.

“This rating reflects our long-standing commitment to stewarding public funds with integrity, transparency, and strategic foresight,” said Megan Beck, Chief Financial Officer of Life School. “Earning the highest rating in 15 of the last 16 years demonstrates not only the strength of our financial systems, but also our dedication to supporting Life School’s mission and ensuring resources are used to maximize student success.”

Life School is a tuition-free, public charter school with campuses in Cedar Hill, Lancaster, Mountain Creek, Red Oak, Oak Cliff and Waxahachie, TX.
