
Shauna Moore is the principal at Life School Red Oak. Mrs. Moore is a dedicated educator with over 17 years of experience in education. Her background includes teaching at both the elementary and secondary levels across public, charter, and private school settings. She is currently completing her seventh year in school administration.
Mrs. Moore’s teaching career began at Life School Oak Cliff in 2004, and she considers it a true blessing to have rejoined the Life School family in 2025. During this school year, she has served both the Life School Cedar Hill and Life School Innovation Academy campuses and looks forward to continuing her work next year at the Red Oak campus.
In addition to her work in education, she brings nine years of experience in nonprofit administration, curriculum writing, and program coordination. These experiences have strengthened her ability to lead teams, develop meaningful programs, and build strong relationships within the school community.
A native Texan, Shauna grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and currently resides in Mansfield, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and later completed her Master’s in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Shauna is passionate about building strong school communities, fostering student growth, and partnering with families to create a positive and supportive educational environment. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also a fan of morning coffee, a good mystery novel, and bargain hunting on the weekends.
